Skills

  • Computer science degree or equivalent
  • Sensitive to technological solutions and computer software
  • Significant recent experience as an operator in the transport sector.

Proposed main tasks : 


  • Provide first-level technical support to customers, identifying and resolving problems related to our transportation software.


  • Train users on the functionalities and best use of our software solutions, promoting an optimal customer experience.


  • Work closely with the development team to report bugs, propose product improvements based on customer feedback, and monitor software updates.


  • Actively participate in the writing of user guides and technical documentation for our customers
  • An integration program, coupled with welcoming onboarding, will enable you to acquire an understanding of the products and facilitate your blossoming within the Strada Support team.
